At Lux Avenue, we take pride in offering carefully curated estate, vintage, and fine jewelry. We want you to shop with confidence and be delighted with your purchase. Please review our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery for orders shipped within the United States.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
* Be returned within the 7-day return period.
* Be in the same condition as received.
* Show no signs of wear, use, damage, or alteration.
* Include all original packaging, documentation, and accompanying items.
* Match the condition documented prior to shipment.
For security purposes, all items are photographed, documented, weighed, and inspected before shipment.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:
* Your order number
* The item being returned
* The reason for the return
Once your request has been reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions will be provided.
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.
We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service. Lux Avenue is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or delayed during return transit.
The customer assumes responsibility for the item until it has been received and inspected by Lux Avenue.
Inspection Process
Upon receipt, all returned items will undergo a thorough inspection to verify:
* Authenticity
* Condition
* Completeness
* Absence of damage or alterations
Any item showing evidence of wear, resizing, repair, modification, tampering, or damage after delivery may be denied for return and returned to the customer.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges, shipping insurance fees, customs fees, duties, taxes, and other non-refundable transaction costs are not refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Final Sale Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:
* International orders shipped outside of the United States.
* Custom, personalized, engraved, or special-order items.
* Items that have been resized, repaired, modified, or altered after purchase.
* Items sold as clearance, closeout, liquidation, or marked “Final Sale.”
* Gift cards and store credit purchases.
* Any item returned outside of the 7-day return window.
* Any item showing signs of wear, use, damage, or tampering after delivery.
International Orders
All orders shipped outside of the United States are final sale.
Due to customs regulations, international shipping costs, duties, taxes, and import requirements, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on international orders.
Please review all photographs, measurements, descriptions, and specifications carefully before purchasing.
Vintage & Estate Jewelry Notice
Lux Avenue specializes in curated estate, vintage, and previously owned fine jewelry. Due to the unique nature of these pieces, each item may exhibit characteristics consistent with age and prior ownership.
Any ring resized or altered after purchase becomes ineligible for return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.
We will work promptly to resolve the issue whenever possible.
Fraud Prevention & Security
To protect both our customers and our business, all items are photographed, documented, weighed, and inspected prior to shipment and again upon return when applicable.
Lux Avenue reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policies.
