All jewelry is professionally cleaned, inspected, and carefully prepared before shipment. Most items are presented in a complimentary gift box.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping

Returns
We accept returns on eligible U.S. orders within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Returned items must:
* Be in their original condition.
* Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
* Include all original packaging and accompanying materials.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or an incorrect item was shipped.
All returns require prior authorization.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund:

International Orders
